Shipping and Returns

Shipping Information :

We carefully pack each order with premium packaging to ensure your sarees arrive in perfect condition. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in India.

Delivery Timeline :

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.

Shipping Charges :

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value. We also offer free shipping on orders above ₹2999.

Order Tracking : 

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS to track your package in real time.

Returns & Exchanges : 

If you're not completely satisfied, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to our return conditions.

Return Conditions : 

Sarees must be unused, unwashed and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Certain items may not be eligible for return.

Refunds : 

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email once it's done.
